2.3. Punnet Usage Policy
- Punnets must be used within 30 days of delivery for optimal results.
- Failure to use punnets within this timeframe may impact growth quality, and replacements will not be issued for expired punnets.
2.4. Microgreen Punnet Growth Guarantee
We are committed to ensuring your microgreens grow successfully.
- If your punnets fail to grow within 30 days of delivery, we will replace the defective punnets free of charge in your next monthly shipment.
- To qualify, you must contact us via WhatsApp during the 30-day period and provide evidence of non-growth (e.g., photos).
3. Product Purchase Options
All other products, such as trays and accessories, are available as standalone purchases with no subscription requirements.
4. Warranty and Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return:
